SPORT FOR 3-16 year olds

Great Goals runs three sessions in a year, each for a duration of 12 weeks. The program caters to children between 3 and 16 years, with a high ratio of coaches to kids. We also offer a summer program.

FOOTBALL (for 4-15 yrs. )

Football Learn to Play (4-6 yrs.)
Children are introduced to simple but specific skills in football, learn to follow rules, throw, catch, run directionally and hop. They will learn to follow simple instructions.

Football U7: Beginning Footballer (6-7 yrs.)
Players learn basic football skills – dribbling, passing and defensive techniques with a focus on agility, skill and executing multiple instructions. Basic game play is introduced at this age.

Football U9-U15: Core Skills (8 – 15 yrs.)
For beginner and intermediate footballers, players are grouped into age specific U9, U11, U13 and U15 classes. The session combines drills, skills and match play. Children participate in the Great Goals League. High-performing players are selected to take part in the Great Goals Elite/Competitive Program for their respective age groups.

“Just for Girls” : Core Skills (Girls 8-15 yrs.)
This is an exclusive program for Girls aged 8-15 at the beginner and intermediate level. The format of the class follows the U9-U15 Football: Core Skills class.

BASKET BALL (for players aged 8-16)

For beginner and intermediate basket ball players, players are grouped into age specific  U9, U11, U13 and U16 classes. The session combines drills, skills and match play. There is an overall emphasis on team work and team building. Children participate in the Great Goals League.

MULTI-SPORT (For 3-4 yrs.)

Learn the ABC’S – Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed. Players work with layered levels of difficulty at an age-appropriate degree of skill  This is a program for children to discover the skills needed for any sport – to listen, follow simple instructions, develop simple hand-eye co-ordination and gross motor skills, and techniques to run, jump, hop, catch a large ball and learn tandem play.
