Once I did a demonstration for U11 and they were all amazed by my demonstration. |
Who is your coaching idol and why? |
Arsene Wenger, because he came from a small nation and became one of the best coaches only because of his passion, iron discipline, and character. I also like Jurgen Klopp because of his emotional intelligence and relationships with his players. |
What is your philosophy as a coach? |
As a youth coach, my philosophy is to take care of the “process” and the results will take care of itself. Here, “process” is the individualized long term player development plan. Player development comes first before winning. |

Positive Work environment |
What gives you joy? |
To see players improve their technical, tactical, physical, social, and psychological aspects. |

Great Goals is…. |
A football academy where players, along with learning football, learn important social and psychological skills that help them in their future. |
