Meet Remos Taffy (Remo) who has been with Great Goals in March 2021. He is an engineer, now completing a Masters in Administration and Technology. As a footballer, he was a National level player. As a coach, he has  been a part of Borussia Dortmund BVB grassroots development program in India. And part of a coaching staff for the elite team in Rajasthan Football League. He holds an AIFF D license and currently in the AFC C license program. Remo says “More than excellence I drive towards my satisfaction. I go with the flow rather than planning, love to make shades of joy than regrets”.

You chose to be a football coach because….?
Soccer is a addiction once got the taste of it, you always taunt for more and more, wanna share the knowledge of what I gained in my past and guide  the for younger age group making them a path for the far future they hold.
Which is your favourite drill and why?
Drills all have their own aspects and elements, my favourite would be one where at the end kids will be like sir once more we will do this.
What is your favourite moment coaching a class?
When kids execute a drill taught in a class during a match
Who is your coaching idol and why?
Coach Miguel, Sandeep Sahani, Anshul- As coaches, their styles are different but they incorporate the element fun and learn in every hard sessions.

What is your favourite thing about Great Goals?
Structured organization with aspects to solve any issue with high positive solution
What gives you joy?
To see a kid end of the full tiring section, smiling at me and asking can we do this gain or when is the next class
What’s your favourite tool to motivate a player?
More enthusiastic speak with more positive examples boosts them at every dull moment
